Filming begins on ‘La piel en llamas’
This week filming began on the screen adaptation of La piel en llamas, one of Guillem Clua’s plays with the greatest international reach. The film is directed by David Martín-Porras, who co-wrote the screenplay with the original playwright, and is produced by Álamo Producciones Audiovisuales and La Panda Producciones. The cast is led by Óscar Jaenada, Fernando Tejero, Lidia Nené and Elizabeth Kweku.
La piel en llamas is a story about the disasters of war that brings four characters together in two hotel rooms in a country entering a fragile peace. Martín-Porras’s third feature, it is his first film directed in Spain and is expected to premiere in 2021.
